We provide a complete Nominal (General), Debtors (Sales), Creditors (Purchases) and cash book service including initial set-up and maintenance, standard or ad-hoc reporting, monthly summary and detail reports, transaction posting, book keeping through to full accounting facilities. Sample reports and documentation are available on request. We would normally expect to do a full on site study to identify your requirements and would provide a demonstration of our systems at such a time. If preferred we are able to offer complete solutions for you to use on your own premises on a rental basis. This can be done either by letting us supply all hardware and software or we can install our software on your existing computer systems (assuming, of course, that they are capable of supporting our software). Full training in the use of our productware is built into this rental charge. This can include a full support option which will provide ongoing telephone help line support to your staff if required.
